Very often #4BP3 is listed as H.R.H. Prince Abd al-Ilah’s motor car – but careful research revealed the car stored at the Royal Mews and it is more than a fair guess this was a State Carriage of H.M. The King Faisal II.
They all died at the same time when H.R.H. The Prince Abd al-Ilah lost his life, too.
When H.M. The King Ghasi I. of Iraq died in 1939 his son Faisal was at the age of 4, hence his uncle Prince Abd al-Ilah became Prince Regent.

Also in March 2001 three officers in the Iraqi air forces, Sa'eed 'Abd al-Majid 'Abd al-Ilah, Fawzi Hamed al-'Ubaidi and Fares Ahmad al-'Alwan, were executed by firing squad.
The latest victim known to Amnesty International is 'Abd al-Wahad al-Rifa'i who was hanged after he had been held in prison without charge or trial for more than two years on suspicion of being in contact with the Iraqi opposition abroad.
Amongst those beheaded were Fatima 'Abdallah 'Abd al-Rahman, Shadya Shaker Mahmoud and Iman Qassem Ahmad, who were all beheaded in Mosul.
