  Vitamin K
Vitamin K is involved as a cofactor in the posttranslational gamma-carboxylation of glutamic acid residues of certain proteins in the body.
Vitamin K is used to treat anticoagulant-induced prothrombin deficiency caused by warfarin, hypoprothrombinemia secondary to antibiotic therapy and hypoprothrombinemia secondary to vitamin C deficiency from various causes, including malabsorption syndromes.
Vitamin K is indicated in those with vitamin K deficiency, in some cases of hemorrhagic disease of the newborn, in some malabsorption syndromes and in some on long-term total parenteral nutrition.

Vertical bars are ± 1 S.E. Continuous lines in panels A and B are plots of Equation 3 using the best fitting values shown in Table II.
The values were obtained by adjusting Equation 1 to the experimental data in Fig.

It says that an expression e is in VTYPE T at level k if either e can take k steps without terminating, or else if it terminates in some number of steps less than k, then it must be a value.
So the definition of e :k T means intuitively that you can actually violate type-safety, but only after k steps.

Although all planets' orbits are elliptical, Venus's orbit is the closest to circular, with an eccentricity of less than 1%.
As Venus is closer to the Sun than the Earth is, it always appears in roughly the same direction from Earth as the Sun (the greatest elongation is 47.8°), so on Earth it can usually only be seen a few hours before sunrise or a few hours after sunset.
Venus has an atmosphere consisting mainly of carbon dioxide and a small amount of nitrogen, with a pressure at the surface about 90 times that of Earth (a pressure equivalent to a depth of 1 kilometer under Earth's oceans); its atmosphere is also roughly 90 times more massive than ours.

If we have only k - 1 points, then we don't learn anything about S, because there is a polynomial passing through (0,T) and those k - 1 points for every T.
However, this is not a secure scheme; for example, if you know the contents of k-2 of the data disks, you know a (k-2)/(k-1) proportion of the file data, which even for 4 disks is 2/3 of it.
If the k disks were based on Shamir's scheme, you would only have the same storage capacity as one disk, but any k-2 of the disks would be completely useless in determining the original data (which isn't generally very nice, but might be handy for reusing disks that store confidential data).

 InterPro: IPR000608 Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, E2
Ubiquitinylation is an ATP-dependent process that involves the action of at least three enzymes: a ubiquitin-activating enzyme (E1, IPR000011), a ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (E2), and a ubiquitin ligase (E3, IPR000569, IPR003613), which work sequentially in a cascade [ 4 ].
The E1 enzyme mediates an ATP-dependent transfer of a thioester-linked ubiquitin molecule to a cysteine residue on the E2 enzyme.
The E2 enzyme (EC: then either transfers the ubiquitin moiety directly to a substrate, or to an E3 ligase, which can also ubiquitinylate a substrate.

When the optional argument is not specified, reversion is done, by default, with respect to the bilinear form B. It is also possible to mix Grassmann basis with the Clifford basis.
K can be done because it matches index in `andC`[K] reversion(p22,-K); # reversion of p22 w.r.t.

Cryogenics is often used incorrectly to refer to cryonics, cryopreserving humans or animals.
The workers at the National Institute of Standards and Technology at Boulder, Colorado have chosen to consider the field of cryogenics as that involving temperatures below –180 °C (93.15 K).
Cryogenic temperatures, usually well below 77 K (-196 °C) are required to operate cryogenic detectors.
