On 2007 May 24 UT, the 72 km diameter asteroid (116) Sirona will occult a 12.1 mag star in the constellation Leo for observers along a path beginning close to Kalbarri in Western Australia, passing near Coolgardie, Norseman and Israelite Bay.
In the case of an occultation, the combined light of the asteroid and the star will drop by 1.1 mag to 12.7 mag (the magnitude of the asteroid) for at most 3.3 seconds.
