Looks like Lumen is closing since I see 2 posters on Craigslist looking to sell and 1 unit on Craigslist for rent plus there are still 5 units on the MLS though I suspect, but don’t know, that the developer has more inventory (anyone have a recent update).
Lumen a 94-unit project in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood started selling in June 2006, and roughly a third of its units are still up for grabs.
Lumen: Still at 50% sold for at least three weeks in a row now.

141 Lumen is a dark, large rocky asteroid 135 km in diameter (about the size of the island of Puerto Rico) near the inner edge of the Main belt within the Eunomia family of asteroids.
It was discovered on January 13, 1875 by the brothers Paul Henry and Prosper Henry, but Paul is one who was given the credit for this discovery.
It is named after Lumen: Récits de l'infini, a book by the astronomer Camille Flammarion.

Two Good Lumen-ous Occultations, Jan. 5 and 7
Lumen's large size, and consequent good path prediction statistics, as well as the brightness of the stars, making it possible to observe the events with 4-inch telescopes, makes the Jan.
They show that the long axis of Lumen, approximately in the direction of motion, was 142 +/-5 km, but the short axis (as well as the orientation angle of the ellipse) are almost indeterminant; I used 130 km for the short axis length, which is almost just a guess.
The shift should be due mostly to Lumen's ephemeris because the positions of both stars at the current epoch should be accurate to less than 20 km at Lumen's distance.

The relatively large asteroid (141) Lumen, diameter expected to be 135 km, will occult two relatively luminous (9th-mag.) stars across the USA, the first on Wed.
Japanese observations during last night's occultation by (141) Lumen show a half-path-width north shift that will probably occur also for the Jan. 7th event.
They show that the long axis of Lumen, approximately in the direction of motion, was 142 +/-5 km, but the short axis (as well as the orientation angle of the ellipse) are almost in determinant; I used 130 km for the short axis length, which is almost just a guess.
