It should be noted that, Norpoth had thus finished third in the 1500m and second in the 5000m.

This winter at the Moscow championships she clocked 1:58.53 for 800m (4 Feb) and in Yekaterinburg (7 Jan) ran 5:40.75 at the non-standard distance of 2000m.
