 | | On October 24, 1861 the regiment was reported in Brigadier General Gideon J. Pillow's Division, Colonel J. Knox Walker's Brigade, consisting of the 2nd (Walker's), 13th and 15th Tennessee Infantry Regiments, and Captain M. Polk's Battery. |
 | | In September,.1864, the regiment was consolidated into one company as part of a consolidated regiment commanded by Lieutenant Colonel W. Shy, of the 20th Tennessee, composed of the 2nd, l0th, l5th/37th, 20th and 30th Tennessee Regiments. |
 | | On April 9, 1865, the regiment formed Company C" of the 4th Consolidated Tennessee Infantry Regiment commanded by Colonel Anderson Searcy, consisting of the 2nd, 3rd, l0th, 15th, 18th, 20th, 26th, 30th, 32nd, 37th, 45th Regiments and the 23rd Tennessee Infantry Battalion, which was surrendered and paroled at Greensboro, North Carolina May 1, 1865. |
