		First, on November 13th and 14th (Fri and Sat), a major sub-960 mb cyclone developed, raced northward inside 130 W longitude, and delivered the strongest windstorm since the great Columbus Day storm of 1962 to the West Coast.
		The November 15th storm had intensified considerably in the 8 hours between the pressure minima between the two stations.
		The November 14, 1981 cyclone began to weaken as it moved into Washington waters, and this probably spared the Seattle area somewhat--though a gust to 67 mph is fairly respectable.

	Mid November 2001 Floods over Central and South Central Texas
		November 2001 is the wettest November of record for the Austin City Climate Station, now Austin Mabry, mainly from the affects of the November 15th flood.
		From November 1st to 23rd, total rain at Austin Mabry is at 8.07 inches, exceeding the previous record of 7.99 inches in 1907.
		The wettest November was in 1974, when flooding rains also came to the Austin Area, and left 12.49 inches of rain at Austin Bergstrom.
