The fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States was proposed to the legislatures of the several States by the Thirty-ninth Congress, on the 13th of June, 1866.
The amendment was rejected by Utah (and not subsequently ratified) on February 26, 1913.
The amendment was rejected by Mississippi (and not subsequently ratified) on December 20, 1962.

Amendment XVI (the Sixteenth Amendment) of the United States Constitution, authorizing income taxes in their present form, was ratified on February 3, 1913.
This essentially meant that the dollar amount of direct taxes imposed on the taxpayers in any given state was required to bear a relationship to the total dollar amount of direct taxes imposed in the entire nation that was equal to the ratio of that state's population to the total population of the nation.
In response to these developments, the Sixteenth Amendment was passed by the Sixty-first Congress and submitted to legislatures of the several states on July 12th, 1909.

The ratification of the 13th Amendment was a major victory for the North, and it was hoped that with the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th Amendment, the effects of slavery in the United States would quickly diminish.
Though ratification of the 15th Amendment was not a requirement for readmittance to the Congress of the Confederate states, one of the provisions of the Reconstruction Acts required that the states include a provision in their new constitutions that included a near-copy of the text of the 15th.
Anthony later used the 15th Amendment as rationale for voting in a New York election, and though she was tried and fined for voting, the ordeal proved an impetus for the eventual guarantee of voting rights for women.

Long before your organization even existed the states were attempting to repeal the 16th Amendment by submitting applications for a convention as specified under Article V of the United States Constitution.
Thus, any "right" granted to the people in the Constitution from voting, to free speech, to trial rights are totally at the discretion of the government as they all are expressed by the word "shall" in the Constitution and thus are now merely options controlled entirely by the national government.
The states have applied in sufficient number to cause a convention and thus repeal the 16th Amendment.
