		Massachusetts and 37 other states filed a lawsuit in 2006, seeking damages, civil penalties and other relief on behalf of consumers and government purchasers who paid inflated prices for computers and other electronics as a result of the conspiracy among at least seven manufacturers of DRAM.
		The states' suit is a result of a coordinated, multi-state investigation that began in 2004, as well as a federal investigation that exposed a scheme where DRAM manufacturers profited at the expense of consumers.
		The states' civil lawsuit stems from a criminal antitrust case brought by the U.S. Department of Justice against what officials have called "one of the largest cartels ever discovered." After DOJ launched its investigation in June 2002, Micron agreed to cooperate with investigators in exchange for amnesty from federal criminal charges.

		The 1913 Centennial Park portion of the battlefield was recognized as early as 1866 as a special plot of land to be set aside to honor all the military personnel who had fought and died in the War of 1812.

		Wittman and the others who support her desire to tear down the wall between church and state, fail to understand is that our Constitutionally guaranteed religious freedom, to keep the government out of religious affairs, protects her interests as well as those of non-believers.
		It is our separation between religion and state that allows us the freedom as individuals to follow the dictates of our own consciences without any interference from the government.
