General aviation received a tremendous boost in the late 1920s with the trans-Atlantic flight of Charles Lindbergh.

Both aircraft were Raytheon Beechcraft 1900Ds.
It applies to all Raytheon Beechcraft Models 1900, 1900C and D aircraft and requires that control column sweep and stop bolt inspections be performed to verify full elevator travel.
