191 Peachtree Tower (more commonly called just Peachtree Tower) is the fourth tallest skyscraper in Atlanta.
Peachtree Tower is a beautiful building and has won the Building of the Year Award in both 1991 and 1998.
The two "towers'" facades are made of Rosa Dante granite and the windows are made of gray tinted glass.

The Georgia-Pacific Tower is a 212-metre (695-foot) tall skyscraper in downtown Atlanta.
The tower is on the former site of the Loew's Grand Theatre, where the premiere for the 1939 film Gone with the Windwas held.
The theatre could not be demolished because of its landmark status; when it burned down, clearing the way for the tower, some locals found the circumstances to be mysterious and perhaps more than coincidental.

I would have to agree with Enzo, though, that a larger base in relation to the towers, a few larger setbacks, and some aluminum brightwork might be nice, as would some sort of detailing around the smaller windows, which have a little of the dreaded "holes in a cheese-grater" look...
The tower is less interesting from far away, though.

In 1864, the city became the target of a major Union invasion in the American Civil War and scene of the Battle of Peachtree Creek and the Battle of Atlanta, later immortalized in the novel and film Gone With the Wind.
On September 1, 1864, Confederate General John Bell Hood evacuated Atlanta after a four month siege mounted by Union General William T. Sherman, and ordered all public buildings and possible union assests destroyed.
Though now somewhat offset by the urban heat island effect, this still results in a climate slightly more moderate than many other cities in the South of the U.S., despite its common nickname as "Hotlanta".
