The 1981 Las Vegas Grand Prix was a Formula One race held on October 17, 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The United States Grand Prix concluded the Formula One season in 1981, but instead of being at the natural road course in Watkins Glen, New York, as it had for the previous twenty years, the final race in 1981 took place in a parking lot in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Williams drivers, Alan Jones and Reutemann, were fastest from the start, of the first practice with points leader Reutemann, particularly determined and quick, the faster of the two.
