When Doc uttered his line, there was at least one more game to play in the World Series so he should have said "the winners of the next 26 Worls Series", this would include the Winner of the 1985 World Series, the Kansas City Royals.
Of course the answer to this is that BTTF was made long before the 1985 World Series, and the filmakers would not have known when it would have ended.
