		As a consequence of Environment Voters' (EV) involvement in the 1999 Ontario election, the EV Steering Committee requested a comprehensive analysis of the EV campaign.
		An analysis of the voting histories over the last three Ontario elections of the selected electoral districts that indicated where the "swing" vote was located or where the most votes might be taken from the incumbent.
		Producing the final voting history analysis as it might apply to the 1999 election was made somewhat difficult by the reduction in electoral districts and the change in electoral district boundaries.
