FAQ's: 2003 ART Report | CDC Reproductive Health
In addition, ART often is categorized according to whether the procedure used a woman’s own eggs (nondonor) or eggs from another woman (donor) and according to whether the embryos used were newly fertilized (fresh) or previously fertilized, frozen, and then thawed (frozen).
Although we believe that almost all clinics that provided ART services in the United States throughout 2003 are represented in this report, data for a few clinics or practitioners are not included because they either were not in operation throughout 2003 or did not report as required.
Clinics and practitioners known to have been in operation throughout 2003 that did not report and verify their data are listed in this report as nonreporters, as required by law (see Nonreporting ART Clinics for 2003, by State).

September 24th. 2003: Software Art - an introduction
Andreas is a Ph.d student and teaches digital art and theory at the Department of Comparative Literature and Modern Culture at the University of Copenhagen.
He is the art-editor of the magazine Hvedekorn and contributor and former co-editor of afsnitp.dk (he was the curator of the net art project ON OFF 2000-2001).
The good news is, however, that new media art discourse seems less focused on defining the "specificity of software art" this time (the search for the "specificity of net art" in the 1990s was, in my opinion, one of the reasons for its predictable "death").

2003 Ad Art Journal - Find Articles
At the College Art Association 2003 annual conference, the editorial board of Art Journal convened a round-table discussion on the art history survey: why it continues to exist, who teaches it and how is it taught, and what have been effective challenges and innovations to its traditional form.
Peggy Phelan: I have been intrigued by the persistence of the survey course as a staple of art history programs, despite extremely radical transformations in the ideological and methodological foundations of the field, transformations in the skills and demographics of college students, and profound revisions in the curricula of PhD programs in art history.
At least half of the eighty students per term who take it expect that it will be a survey of art history, and for most of the students the clear assumption is that to know about "art" is to know about "art history," and vice versa.
