After a week of talking big, the Chicago Bears defense gave up too many big plays and apparently had no idea who Steve Smith was, allowing him 244 total yards and 2 TDs, in a heartbreaking 29-21 loss to the Carolina Panthers in the NFC Divisional Playoffs.
We are the ONLY Chicago Bears fan site on the internet that is dedicated to bringing you all ORIGINAL content.

The 5-8, 203-pound Morton, who is recovering from knee surgery, has played in 62 games with the New Orleans Saints (2000), Jets and Redskins.  In the Jets' season-opening contest against the Buffalo Bills in 2002, Morton became the fifth player in NFL history to return two kickoffs for touchdowns in the same game.

Harris, 6-1 1/2, 214, was the only defensive back chosen by the Bears this year.
Harris had seven interceptions in 2004, twice clinching victories by picking off passes.
