		The 220S is Mercedes' idea of a family car: and though it can do 100 M.P.H. and handles like few other things on four wheels; it is basically just a family car.

		Not only were there significant differences in appearance between the 220 and the 190 models, the 220 also differed in appearance of the 220S and SE models because Mercedes believed that buyers wanted it to be obvious when they had paid the for one of the more upmarket cars.
		The back rests of the front seats in the 220S and SE were adjustable, the 220 had fixed backrests unless to special order.
		Rear passengers could sit on a comfortable bench build for three, on the 220S and SE models they could enjoy the luxury of a fold down armrest in between them, the 220 had to do without this.

		There was chrome missing from the outside, broken and missing lenses, smashed bumper guards and missing fog lite lenses, the hood star was gone as was the trunk star and the trunk emblem.
		The only sensible thing to do was find another car for parts, while looking through Junk Town USA " French Lake Auto" I found another 59 220s that was fairly complete, when I asked what they wanted for the motor they said 200.

		Well, if the vendor says that raid 10 is the best solution and this solution is not satisfying for you in regard to a) performance and b) usable disk space than its either the wrong vendor or the wrong product.
		I have two servers with VMs on Dell 220s and I don't see that kind of slow down.
		The faster of these two configurations will be the best that the 220s will perform.

		We currently have a Poweredge 2650 with a Perc4/DC RAID controller connected to a Powervault 220s Ultra 320 array.
		We have been running some tests on our servers connected to the SAN and the same tests on this server connected to the 220s.
		We are seeing a big difference in read speeds between the Perf4/dc with the 220s and the SAN storage connected with a Qlogic 2340 2Gbps HBA.

		I have two 2650s with PERC 3/DC controllers connected to a 220s and get a similar error -- the only difference is that the message says the array disk is "offline" instead of "failed." This is a clustered setup with both servers running Win2k Advanced Server and Exchange 2000.
		It is a single server connection to a PV 220S in split bus mode.
		My first drive failed on the PC 220S on channel 2 about 2 weeks after the system was put in production.
