		HR 2239 would also mandate voter verifiable paper audit trails for all new e-voting machines, a prerequisite for accountability and accuracy.
		The 2000 presidential election was a painful lesson in the failings of current voting technology, but at least there was a back-up system that allowed a manual recount when evidence emerged that the regular voting process was flawed.
		I strongly urge you to cosponsor HR 2239 to ensure that all new e-voting machine purchases provide a voter-verifiable paper audit trail and use publicly reviewed software.

		I installed FC5 with kernel 2054 and installed an old version of the nvidia drivers, which I think was 8776, if I remember correctly.
		One trend I have noticed so far is that from a cold boot, 2239 kernel would give me a blank screen.
		The issue I'm facing right now is that when I boot into the '2239' kernel, I get a blank screen.

		In this bill, Maine joins other New England states in extending to all citizens, regardless of their sexual orientation, the same civil rights protections now guaranteed to citizens without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, or physical/mental handicap.
