		The 2240s were an important decade for Federation space exploration, with the commissioning of new starship class vessels Constitution and Enterprise, which would come to be known as Constitution-class starships.
		Captained by Robert T. April, with wife Sarah April as CMO, Enterprise would experience many exploration firsts in her long career, which began in 2245.
		The decade would also include one of the worst crimes in Federation history when 4,000 colonists at Tarsus IV would be put to death at the orders of Governor Kodos.

		The rift safely deposited the two vessels in a Delta Quadrant system back in the 2240s, and the timeline was restored.
		Not all was entirely as it had been, however, for the crewmembers who had entered the rift at some point or another still had memories of the alternate reality, faint as those memories may be.
