Each Board of Trustees (currently the same for each Fund), composed of six individuals, appointed by Local 236 and by contributing Employers, is responsible for the operation of that Plan.
Local 236 and the contributing Employers are equally represented on each of the Boards of Trustees.
In addition, we are required to formulate and administer the provisions of the various Funds themselves, and ensure that the data is maintained, correct, and properly safeguarded.

The troop is governed by the Troop Committee which is composed of scoutmasters and other interested adults who oversee the operation and safety of the troop.
Each of these scouts must be at least First Class in rank and at least 13 years of age for Patrol Leaders and at least 12 years of age of Assistant Patrol Leaders.
Troop 236 is one of very few troops in the nation which runs its own leadership and Scout Skills Course, and we feel this is demonstrated by our scouts who have held many of the leadership positions in the Order of the Arrow and in National Jamboree Troops.
The Ring 236 members are very pleased with the fine, enthusiastic turnout and support of the Magicians, spouses, and friends who attended making this a memorable day.
The Gala Evening show provided a surprise beginning with Ring 236 President Gary Slater presenting Dennis Reed a plaque expressing appreciating for the contributions by Dennis to the Art of Magic as Coordinator for 24 years, during which time Ring 236 hosted the Get-Together every three years.
As always, Ring 236 is fortunate to have Dale Farris as the superb video and still photographer to capture the details and spirit of the events and attendees.

In conjunction with its overall support for preserving affordable housing, HUD is encouraging these projects to take advantage of current interest rates to obtain any capital needed for repairs and maintain project affordability through mortgage refinancing.
FHA mortgage insurance is available to support this effort, and in most circumstances, current interest subsidy payments can continue as scheduled, even if the original mortgage is refinanced.

Note: The department is cognizant of pending National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants which regulate process unit components to control fugitive emissions of volatile hazardous air pollutants.
These standards would regulate many of the same components as Part 236.
Where the Federal standards are adopted to be more stringent than those of Part 236, the department will accept compliance with the Federal standards in lieu of compliance with this Part, contingent on the adoption and implementation of the Federal standards.

This has become my Bluetooth GPS of choice ever since I first began using it.
I thought I could never again be amazed at the places a SiRFStarIII receiver would work in yet the GPSlim 236 once again sets new boundaries in terms of performance.
It is a well designed unit, small and light and sits nicely on the dashboard thanks to its rubber feet although I have taken to throwing mine in the glove box or even leaving it in my briefcase where it works just as well!
