		February, 2000, has adopted the following motion extending the time for presentation of the Report of the Joint Committee of the Houses on the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers’ Rights Bill, 1999:-
		Shri Nabam Rebia (Arunachal Pradesh) was granted leave of absence from 24th February, 2000 to 10th March, 2000 from the sittings of the House during the current Session of the Rajya Sabha.
		Shri Jaswant Singh (Minister of External Affairs) laid on the Table a statement (in English and Hindi) on all aspects of the hijacking of the IC-814 on Friday, December 24, 1999 and its termination on Friday, December 31, 1999.
