		Glavine has 275 wins so far and was considered likely to eventually reach 300 wins as recently as 2002, but he has had a couple of losing seasons since then and reaching it is now considered somewhat of a longshot.
		Winning 300 games was a goal I set for myself after the 1978 season, when I won 21 games and the Cy Young Award while pitching in San Diego.

		Glavine has 262 wins so far and was considered likely to eventually reach 300 wins as recently as 2002, but he has had a couple of losing seasons since then and reaching it is now considered a longshot.
		Johnson has 246 wins to date; he is 41 years old but could still reach it if he successfully pitches past his mid-40s as Phil Niekro and Nolan Ryan did.
