  GDC07: 360 BC Work Slowing
BC is huge, and losing focus on it is a bad idea IMO.
Based on the lack of support for BC, I have zero confidence in the whole XBLA scheme, particularly when the game is purely virtual.
Also since 360 BC is done through emulation I don't see why each and every game needs its own profile.

Lysimachus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
360 BC–281 BC) was a Thessalian Greek officer and "successor" (diadochus) of Alexander the Great, later a king (306 BC) in Thrace and Asia Minor.
When Antigonus’s son Demetrius I of Macedon renewed hostilities (297 BC), during his absence in Greece, Lysimachus seized his towns in Asia Minor, but in 294 BC concluded a peace whereby Demetrius was recognized as ruler of Macedonia.
In 284 BC Arsinoe, desirous of gaining the succession for her sons in preference to Agathocles (the eldest son of Lysimachus), intrigued against him with the help of her brother Ptolemy Ceraunus; they accused him of conspiring with Seleucus to seize the throne, and he was put to death.

Athenian Empire 479-431 BC Athens had been destroyed in 480 BC, but after the Persian invasion was defeated the next year, the Athenians began to rebuild their walls and to make the Piraeus a major harbor, persuaded by Themistocles, who had championed their victorious navy.

In 410 BC Segesta requested aid from Carthage in a quarrel with Selinus, and the latter was besieged by the western Phoenicians led by the elderly Hannibal who, avenging previous Carthaginian defeats in Sicily, destroyed the city and massacred 16,000, enslaving 5,000 while 2,600 escaped to Acragas.

Reader Comments - Kutaragi Sounds Off on the Xbox 360 - Xbox
I'm am buying my 360 to play next-gen games so I don't care if it kills off xbox, since the games on the 360 will be better (hopefully), kutarugi is just warpin the minds of the playstation fans so they wont buy a 360 and its probably going to work, which pisses me off.
The point of that is that he spends more time talking about the 360 than the ps3 because he knows that the cells poor design decisions are going to bite him in the ass next year.
Also, its obvious that the xbox is gonna be killed by the 360 since its superior to it, but its gonna be killed not because xbox is weak and doesnt have good games.

Given the nature of the Macedonian Empire during the period of its height (360-323 BC), one must see the essential role the military played in nearly every aspect of the history of the early Hellenistic period.
The military achievements of Philip II (360-336 BC) were used by his son (and successor) Alexander (356-323 BC), as a springboard to the short-lived consolidation of the largest single empire then known to history.
Despite the size of the conquered territory, scholars have questioned the extent to which Alexander consolidated this empire, attributing the political chaos that followed his death to his lack of consolidation.
