Burgundia should have been around mag 13.5 that night.
Incidentally, it seems that the new feature in Guide depicting links in three colours means local night, twilight and daytime, so to search for asteroids from CD 23 in it you need TOM1's (approximate) location of 88d W and 44.5d N to have the same dark time as him.

OCCULTATION BY (374) BURGUNDIA - 2003 APR 14
UPDATE: 2003 APR 05, 19:25 UT On the evening of 2003 Apr 14 UT, the 44 km diameter asteroid (374) Burgundia will occult a 11.0 mag star in the constellation Libra for observers along a path across Western and South Australia.
In the case of an occultation, the combined light of the asteroid and the star will drop by 1.7 mag to 12.4 mag (the magnitude of the asteroid) for at most 6.0 seconds.
