		I was running my 400s at 1:23 and I was doing 10 miles on the weekend, so I thought I might be able to run a 19 minute 5k.
		I also didn't do the 12 X 400 because I did a hard bike ride after the training 5k, and my calves and plantar fascia were very strained.

		With the A-400s, nothing really struck me out of the box as being out of place.
		During the quiet passages, with the A-400s, the clatter from his keys is a bit more pronounced than I've heard before.
		During furious passages, with sheets of notes flying off of his sax, the amp still manages to point out that these sheets are made up of many individual notes in rapid fire succession.
