		Proposition 56 would amend both the state Constitution and certain statutes to change the state budget process.
		Proposition 56 prohibits the Legislature and the Governor from collecting their salaries and expenses when the budget is late.

		This is a photo of the North Pole display basket which was donated to the PA5-6000 Gathering and was raffled off at the gathering held in 1998 at Lancaster, Pa. All of the Department 56 buildings in the display basket have had to be retired buildings.
