I don't think they'll have them both, not at all...reason being, they are both different types of racing cars, the 575 GTC's class of car wouldn't fit in anywhere.
Since the 550 was never intended as a convertible, the Barchetta obviously is heavier (due to the extra reinforcements to the chassis to compensate for the loss of its roof) and therefore less nimble than the regular 550, but adds scarcity and pimp factor.
By the 575 GTC I assumed he was talking about the new GT racer developed by Ferrari to replace the 550 GT in the ALMS and FIA GT series.
