		Being a ring road, it has no natural start or end point, although the "0 km" mark is found near the northeastern stretch at Laiguangying, at the intersection with the Jingcheng Expressway.

		Road is road, we human beings have been building them for thousands of years.
		Quick accident response, broadcast of road conditions through dynamic signage, allow people to take alternate routes, counterflow highways, carpool lanes, reduced parking, encourage public transport, provide bike lanes, etc. are some of the things that are promoted over more new ring roads.
