Through a series of sessions held during the 62nd congress, the UNESCAP has adopted several resolutions to initiate cooperation agreements covering trade, investment, tourism, statistical analyses as will as the application of the tsunami early warning system.
The 62nd meeting gave enlightenment about various aspects to the UNESCAP, especially through the 12 resolutions made in the sessions, according to Kim, who has occupied his as executive secretary of this UN body since July 2000.
The 62nd congress run with additional programs in the agenda, comprising the 2006 Asia-Pacific Business Forum (APBF) on April 7-8, Discussion on MDGs Achievement on April 6, Discussion on Gender in International Migration Dimension on April 12, and Discussion on the Spread of Bird Flu in the Asia-Pacific led by David Nabaro on April 11.

 International Vegetarian Union - 1st World Vegetarian Congress 1909
It was actually the centenary of the Bible Christian Church - one reason for holding the Congress in Manchester - and the 62nd Anniversary of the Vegetarian Society.
Nyssens of Brussels was not present at the Congress in Dresden and this is the first time he is mentioned.
The International Vegetarian Congress will be held in Manchester on October 16th, and will be followed on Monday, the 18th, by the 62nd Anniversary of the Vegetarian Society.

The Hekman Library has Statutes in paper format starting with volume 37 which is the 62nd Congress, 1911-1913 (note that the number of the Congress does not correspond to the year of the Congress or the volume of the Statutes).
Each Congress has two sessions, and usually each session has its own volume number (not always the case in earlier volumes).

But in 1912 the Christian nuts got congress to pass a law making mail delivery on Sunday illegal.
The law is in the Sixty-Second Congress Sess II, in Chapter 389 on page 543.
I have also written the US POST OFFICE and the US CONGRESS asking for a copy of the law but they have not gotten back to me with a law.

When AIPS Executive Committee with a unanimous decision changed the venue of the 62nd Congress from Belgrade to Budapest, a new perspective was developed in our Association.
When I visited Belgrade last November and discussed the congress matters with the Minister of Sport who I should also thank for his enthusiasm and sympathy for AIPS, I have clearly pointed out that if the peace agreement with the United Nations is broken again then we would be forced to change our venue.
Now we will organize our congress in Budapest at the end of June together with our 75th Anniversary and celebration of athletes of the Century.
