	Anime News Network - Review
		8 Man, which has been proclaimed by fans as the original Robocop, is one of the many cheesy anime shows of the 60's (a dubbed version is available on video from Right Stuf).
		With a similar setup as this OVA collection, Hazama, the original 8 Man, fought various forms of crime in wacky plot lines typical of a TV show of this era.
		With 8 Man being a "superhero", he spins around enemies at lightning speed as if he were superman.

	THEM Anime Reviews 4.0 - 8 Man After
		8 Man After is the sequel to the first 8 Man series, which I have not seen.
		The only way to save him is to implant him with cybernetic parts to make him into the new 8 Man (the first had lost control and had run off into the wilderness somewhere in self-exile), a super crime-fighting cyborg with the power to defeat his adversaries by running past them really really quickly.
		Complications, of course, show up as the new 8 Man struggles with his identity while trying to retain self-control and fight crime at the same time.

		First off, the Japanese title was "8 Man," and the OAV was "8 Man After" (no "the", not even in the English dubbed version).
		According to the live action movie he was named this due to Japan's Police Departments having seven divisions and 8 Man being like an entire department unto himself, but I don't know if that was the case in the TV series (my Japanese isn't that good yet).
		While 8th Man and 007 are locked in a grip, Status uses his machine gun to shoot 007 (in a vunerable area, we are told) to stop her.

		Mega Man 7, Mega Man 8, and the previously unreleased Power Battle and Power Fighters really illustrate how far the Blue Bomber has come since his inception in 1987.
		Mega Man 1, for instance, is still as difficult as it's always been and remains mechanically identical to its original NES counterpart (in fact it could be even harder since exploiting the Pause Button/Thunder Beam glitch against the yellow devil no longer applies).

		You create items with Bolts just like in Mega Man 7; what is different here is that you have a limited number of Bolts (which is rather pointless seeing that you are also limited to eight items maximum, regardless of whether or not you have enough Bolts to build more).
		Frost Man’s stage: Break the ice block with the one off the screen to the right (trigger the machine beside it, then jump on the ice block and ride it to the left).
