 | | The ALJ therefore recommends that, pursuant to Section 506(2)(a) of the MTA, Advantage Plus be fined $20,000 for the unauthorized switch of Mary Nowack's telecommunications provider relative to telephone number (906) 863-2392. |
 | | Based on Exhibits S-2 and S-3, Advantage Plus was in violation of Section 502(1)(b), relative to all four telephone numbers, a total of 425 days. |
