		Thelema teaches that the self is the ultimate authority, which is quite contrary to both the Judeo-Christian and Muslim traditions, and to the ‘established’ hierarchical structures in society.

		First of all, I tend to consider the whole "phallus-centric" thing a mutation of Thelema based on Crowley's work with the OTO (which is a phallic-centered group, at least according to their more prominent members and Crowley).
		Thelema needs the Thelemite to be honest with the world ("love all") and I'm sure I don't need to tell folks here that this doesn't mean go around and give everyone hugs.
		Crowley's Thelema is the synthesis of art, with phylosophy and with religion, in essence it is a religion that is a phylosophy and at the same time art.
