Lenok overwinters in Lake Buyr and spends the rest of the year in the River Halkin Gol and its tributaries.
Lenok feeds on benthic organisms and on non-commercial fish such as stone loach, minnow and dace.
In Lake Buyr the proportion of lenok in catches is negligible.

 Emergency Submarine or Survival is Possible
Two Project 940 submarines were built in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and adopted by the Navy in 1976 and 1979.
It is noteworthy that the sailors who managed to surface on their own suffered severe decompression sickness, although they were picked up by the rescue boats and immediately placed into decompression chambers, while those who were taken from the wrecked ship to the BS-486 under water did not suffer decompression.
In 1997 the second and the last Project 940 BS-203 rescue submarine based in the Northern Fleet was scrapped.

The Project 940 Lenok class (known in the West by its NATO reporting name India class) was a military submarine design of the Soviet Union.
The submarines of this class were designed to function as a base for two Poseidon DSRV's (Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicles), which could rescue the crew of sunken submarines.

If so, I haven't been able to locate any information on it in "Combat Fleets of the World 1995" (US Naval Institute), or in "Guide to the Soviet Navy, 3rd Edition" (Norman Polmar, Naval Institute Press, 1983).
You may be thinking of the Russian "India" (Lenok) class submarines (Project 940)...
These two 4,800 T (submerged) diesel boats each have two wells on the after casing for carrying submersibles up to about 12-meter length (considerably smaller than a "Foxtrot" or Type XXI).
