DM, who reads fairly often (when he sits down for "a nice cup of tea" he is reminded to catch up with it!) and occasionally comments (to me in person, rather than here);
We were welcomed in to a very nice calm waiting area (although we were assured it was normally very much busier than when we saw it) and soon called over to see one of the nurses.
I was surprised to see lots of references to George Orwell, so followed the links and found that he wrote a short essay in 1946 with the very same title, detailing his eleven essential points to remember when making a perfect cup of tea.
