		I am close to buying the Canon A85 but have read about the E18 error message if sand or dust gets in the lens and am worried about whether this would be a good camera to take to the rain forests and beaches of CR.
		Ive used the canon a85 alot and it is a great little ps camera, dirt and crap getting into the lens is possible and can cause problems but is rare and if you treat the camera with some tlc it will be more then fine.
		I think both cameras are good but i personally would go for the a85.
