ABC is a BitTorrent client based on BitTornado.
It supports a queueing system with priority, global and local (per torrent) preference setting for downloading torrent (including upload and download rating limit), 3 upload options to do with completed file, and a system named Upload Rate Manager (URM) to force torrents out of queue if there isn't a pre-set amount of upload activity.
There is also an extensive web interface in ABC, allowing for other applications to view and change torrents and preferences remotely.

I have used ABC for over 3 months now, and ever since the beginning, it randomly freezes my PC (including mouse/sound/keyboard etc.) for 5/10 seconds at a time, then everything is back to normal for 5/10 seconds then it freezes again.
I would reinstall ABC again but limit the upload to say 5kB/s max for both settings so it won't slow down/kill your network.
I've been using ABC for a few months now, and it hasn't given me any problems, until I started using Fast User Switching again.

If you're going to use the standard BitTorrent (as in BitTorrent-3.4.2.exe or whatever the version is on now) client then also download and install Burst so you can throttle the BT client so all of your bandwidth isn't being used by it and you can't do anything else online.
Its written in Java so it uses abit more memory than other options, but it has a slick interface and is very quick at loading large torrents.
I like ABC (another bittorrent client) because you can control your upload bandwidth.

Hi I have been using ABC for a few weeks now and I have come acrossed a few problems.
BitTorrent functions on the notion that a lot of people are going to be serving the exact same file (with the exact same file name).
If there aren't actually a lot of people with the file, or if they have gone offline, transfers will be slow and lists will get queued.
