	Grammar Hell (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-22)
		There doesn't seem to be a hard and fast rule, so we must rely on style guides.
		Many of those with editors seem to think it's President's Day, which is strange since most of them follow AP style.
		The AP and New York Times style guides don't even bother addressing this, so clear is the rule.
