ATC classifications are available online, and are updated and published once a year by the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Drug Statistics Methodology (http://www.whocc.no/atcddd/).
The ATC system and its associated Defined Daily Dose as a measuring unit are recommended by the WHO for drug utilization studies.
In the ATC classification system, drugs are divided into different groups according to the organ or system on which they act and their chemical, pharmacological and therapeutic properties.

ATC has through a continuing line rating review process found that line X16, a 138 KV line with terminals at Nelson Dewey, Lancaster, and Eden substations in Southwestern Wisconsin will be immediately re-rated from the previous rating of 1200 amps to a temporary new rating of 988 Amps Normal and Emergency.
ATC Engineering and Operations will be working to mitigate the impact of this line de-ration as much as practical, however we do not expect to attain the new rating requirement of 1121 amps prior to late 2006 or an early 2007 time frame.
ATC is replacing 7 structures this winter (2005) and the remaining 8 structures will be replaced by June 1, 2006.
