From my p/u spot to Abatia Springs and back I average about 35 miles.
Abatia Springs has a restaurant and a few small places to stop as well. Also a nice park at the end of the trail if you want to rest before heading back.
Though it is gated off you can ride about 3 miles further on the gravel trail and hit a McDonald's according to my friend.
