Just listen to the song and work it out from that, it's a lot more challenging and fun to do it that way and can also result in coming up with new grooves and fills by accident!
Most of Abe's drumming isn't too difficult to do, so just listen and repeat.
I usually do that if I want to emulate a certain drum part, but this one is exceedingly difficult to get note perfect..
