		Aberin said the suspects would be charged with violation of Republic Act (RA) 7832, which is also known as Anti-Pilferage of Electricity and Theft of Transmission Line/Materials Act.
		Apart from violation of RA 7832, Aberin said he would also refer the suspects to the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) because they failed to show any document that would justify their stay in the country and the legality of their business operation.

		BAGUIO CITY -- Most miners in the Cordillera are suffering from hearing disability, according to a doctor who conducted a research on persons with disability in the region.
		Ponciano Aberin, chief of the regional Department of Health's People with Disability Affairs, said his research, conducted in December last year in mining communities in Benguet, showed that many miners suffer from hearing defects due to the effects of blasting in underground tunnels.
		Aberin said workers in industrial zones and people living close to airports were also observed to be suffering from hearing defects.
