LACKAWANNA COUNTY (September 30, 2002) PENNDOT advises drivers that a new STOP sign is scheduled to be installed this week on Summit Lake Road (State Route 4032) in South Abington Township, Lackawanna County.
PENNDOT urges drivers to use caution while traveling on Summit Lake Road in South Abington Township.
The new STOP sign will be located at the one-lane stone bridge, at the Pallman Farm complex.
