		Consider also the importance of having abortion enshrined as an approved Federal "right." This alone changes the very face of what, until quite recently, was considered a barbaric act by virtually all cultures in the world.
		Any human right must derive from the natural law, that is, those essentials of human nature that can be grasped with the unaided light of human reason.
		Besides, in late-term abortions, the killing IS often done in plain sight.

		I fully understand that abortion is a tough decision. No one denys that abortion is sometimes justified, particularly when it involves the health and possible death of the mother. These instances, however, are relatively rare.
		i already said...banning abortion would be great for me...i'll take my hanger and a flight of stairs an move to a red state and rake in some serious cash on back alley abortions...i would make a killing (no pun intended!)...straight cash...b/c the ultimate reality is that legal or not, there will be abortion...always...
		The fact that, sometimes, abortions take place due to the health of the mother does not "cancel out" the fact that ALL potential human life enjoys the rights of all other human life, "viable" or not.
