The Vice President for Academic Affairs of the University shall be the Vice President of the Academic Faculty, and in the absence of the President shall preside over the meetings of the Academic Faculty Assembly.
Called meetings of the Assembly shall be held at the request of the President, or of the Vice President, or of the Faculty Senate, or by petition signed by no less than 10% of the members of the Academic Faculty.
