		"The accredidation inspection is a tedious process," said Woodbridge Police Chief William Trenery.
		Once a department is accredited, it must submit annual reports indicating its continued compliance with those standards for which it was originally accredited.

		After being on both sides of the accredidation coin both as an auditor and as the auditee here are some additional thoughts.
		Getting certified means you meet the GUIDLINES as stated in the the standards whether its 17025/NAVLAP/RAB etc. Nowhere in these standards does it tell you how to meet these standards, its a set of guidlines, and its done for a reason.

		I have a lot of great references from this forum on different agencies but I want to do my homework and see for myself that the agency I am chosing is officially recognized by Kaz.
		I may be using the wrong terminology when I say accredidation.
		Mostly because your agency here in the states won't actually complete the adoption, their partner in Kaz will...you should check the Better Business Bureau and post for PM's on multiple boards though before choosing an agency.

		Apparently it is not easy to be accredited (sp?) by ACF, so that is one way to judge a program.
		I just did a search, however, and NECI is not listed on the ACF site - which makes me question - is the ACF accredidation really a good way to pick a school?
		Right now I am thinking I will attend a few quarters at a community college (because of finances) but eventually I think I would like to try to get into NECI - but I, like everyone else, am trying to find the best school possible, at least for me.
