On Saturday, December 4, 2004, Acharya S spoke at the AUP conference in Sedona, AZ, using a powerpoint illustrated presentation to discuss the comparative mythology as found in her books The Christ Conspiracy and Suns of God: Krishna, Buddha and Christ Unveiled.
Acharya talks about some of the numerous sources, dating from before or early into the Christian era, who definitively state that the worship of the ancients revolved around the sun, moon, planets and stars.
On September 25, 1999, Acharya appeared on Rob McConnell's The X-Zone from 7-10 EST.

The Madras High Court has posted for tomorrow the bail petition of the Acharya in which he has stated that he is "totally innocent" of the charges of murder, suppression of evidence and criminal conspiracy filed against him.
The decision to arrest the Acharya was taken after two of the 14 persons arrested in the case indicated his "direct involvement." During investigation, police found that an associate of the mutt head had received information about the murder on September 3 over cell phone immediately after the incident took place.
He filed a petition in the Madras High Court in 2001 seeking orders to keep the Acharya from going abroad on the ground that `sanyasins' were not supposed to cross the seas as per the Hindu custom.
