		Acme Solvent Reclaiming, Inc. (ACME) is an abandoned industrial waste disposal site located approximately 2 miles southeast of Morristown and about 5 miles south of Rockford on Lindenwood Road near the southern edge of Winnebago County, Illinois (Figure 1).
		The ACME site is approximately three quarters of a mile south of Baxter Road on Lindenwood Road in a heavily wooded area with farmland to the east and south.
