Acme's lease forbids any other retailer at the mall from selling food products and specifically states that Acme shall have the exclusive right to sell meats, dairy and frozen foods.
Acme alleges in its suit that if Kmart is allowed to sell food items, the supermarket will lose revenues caused by the defection of a substantial number of customers.
