It is the qualifying phrase ''sustained by religious principles'' that largely distinguishes the Acton message from secular libertarian boilerplate.
		In other words, the Acton Institute recognizes God as the ultimate and one true arbiter of morality—in the marketplace and everywhere else—and looks to him for guidance and direction in spreading their message.
