		Adalar (The Islands), 20 km (10.5 miles) southeast of the city center in the Sea of Marmara.
		In summer, 10 ferries a day make the 90-minute voyage from the Adalar Iskelesi dock in front of Sirkeci Station in Eminonu to Büyükada, the largest island, and Heybeliada, the second-largest.
		The voyage is half the fun as your ferry rounds Seraglio Point and shows you Topkapi Palace, Ayasofya and the Blue Mosque, and indeed all of Istanbul, from a different angle.

		The food at Adalar was good though — lots of tasty houmous, bean pate, and baklava.

		Thing is, I can only claim IC because I was working and paying full National Insurance Contributions, this also triggers off the DPTC according to the Inland Revenue site, but nobody bothered to tell me (typical!).
		Laziness can be brought on by depression as well, the best thing you could do if your able to is first make an appointment with your GP, I was lucky and had somebody to support me in doing so.
